The Board has found it necessary to modify the CVRA Bylaws in order to meet USAR age requirements for juniors. USAR now identifies a junior as 21 and under and the CVRA Bylaws identifies a junior as 18 and under.  

This change is now being presented to all CVRA Members for review and approval.  General Members will have two months to submit a petition opposing this amendment.  If there are no objections, the amendment will become effective at that time.
